Technical Support

Job Description:
- Handle Customers’ inquiries related to technical problems
- Log Customers’ information and comments
- Provide the customers with quick solutions and exceed their expectations

Requirements:
- Graduates with a bachelor degree
- Technical and troubleshooting background in networking
- Preferred CCNA Holder (Certified / Self-study)
- Very good command of English Language
- Males Only
- Maximum age 28 years

Work Conditions:
- Location: El Mohandessin
- Working Hours: 8 working hours rotational shifts & 2 days off rotational
- NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS .
