Senior CRM Application support

  Evaluate and configure CRM system, and provide detailed end user documentation.
.       Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems.
.        Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration.
.       Gather, identify, and analyze CRM software requirements and ensure that they are met.
.       Configure and maintain integration between CRM and Outlook/SharePoint
.       Create and execute complex workflows.
.       Create custom reports and dashboards.
.       Writing programming codes and adapting existing software to meet the changing needs of a business.
.       Reviewing written business requirements and technical specifications.
              .        Investigating and analyzing reported defects.
.       Creating unit test plans, scripts and test harnesses.
.        Developing user interfaces.
.        Training staff to ensure familiarity with any revisions to the software.
.       Setting up security parameters and undertake audits as required
