Job Description

• The Developer will produce and create high quality Flash-based products, web pages, as well as related XHTML, CSS and
• JavaScript code, publish content online that fit project requirements and adhere to content and design guidelines as well as established industry standards and best practice.

Skills Required

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• 1-3 years of relevant/related working experience
• They should be highly proficient in HTML/XHTML and CSS and proficient with JavaScript. A conceptual
• familiarity with XML is expected. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is assumed.
• Familiarity with Flash/ActionScript, Macromedia Studio, Adobe CS and video production is desirable but not essential.
• They should have a flair for design, attention to detail and good command of UK English.
• The role requires good people skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
• Structured, systematic working style
• Able to work as part of a team
• Experience managing a team
• Positive attitude and keen to learn
• Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere
• Flexibility in working different shifts when required
• Available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
